TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General Information

This document establishes the terms and conditions for using the website www.justgiftstogo.ro and for purchasing products sold through it. Accessing and using the website implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.

3. Products and Prices

All displayed prices are final and expressed in lei (RON). G&S JOYFUL CRAFTS S.R.L. is not a VAT payer, so prices do not include VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices, descriptions and product availability without prior notice.

4. Payment

Orders can be paid through the following payment methods:

• Online bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) – through our secure website payment processor
• Apple Pay and Google Pay – available for customers using compatible devices and browsers
• Cash on delivery – cash payment to courier upon receiving the package

All online payments are processed securely through an authorized payment service provider, without G&S JOYFUL CRAFTS S.R.L. having access to the buyer's card data.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made exclusively on the territory of Romania, through fast courier. The delivery cost is 25 lei, and for orders over 300 lei, delivery is free. The delivery time is normally between 1-3 working days, depending on location and product availability.

6. Right of Withdrawal / Return

According to OUG 34/2014, the buyer has the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receipt, without giving a reason.

• The product must be returned in the condition it was delivered, unused, with original packaging and intact labels
• The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer
• The refund of the product value will be made within 14 days from receiving the return, in the same account from which the initial payment was made or through another method agreed by both parties

Important: Personalized or made-to-order products cannot be returned (art. 16 lit. c, OUG 34/2014).

7. Liability

G&S JOYFUL CRAFTS S.R.L. is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, payment errors or other situations beyond its control.

8. Data Protection

Personal data processing is done in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For details, consult the Privacy Policy.

9. Applicable Law

This document is governed by Romanian legislation. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and otherwise, by the competent courts in Romania.

10. Gift Composition

The gifts sold by Gifts to Go are composed of carefully selected products, as described on the website. The basic elements of each gift are maintained so that its theme, value, and purpose are consistently respected. However, certain component products may be replaced depending on stock availability. Any replacement will be made exclusively with similar items in nature, of equal or higher quality, without affecting the total value of the gift. By placing an order on the Gifts to Go website, the customer acknowledges and accepts the possibility of minor variations in gift composition due to stock updates.
